GotuKola herb -Bramhi






BRAMHI (GOTU KOLA):

Gotu kola is originally an Indian herb and is widely used in Ayurvedic medicine. It is the main revitalizing herb for the nerves and brain cells.
It increases memory, intellect, and longevity and decreases senility and aging. Gotu kola protects the blood vessels that supply oxygen to the brain, which helps increase the brain’s oxygen supply .It is a proven herbal remedy for strengthening nerves and its responses. It is efficient in elimination of anxiety, depression, and mental fatigue and it can refresh mind and resist frequent mood swings. Bramhi is a natural energizer and promotes relaxed feelings even in the tough working schedule. Indications-Nervous disorders, senility, premature aging, anxiety, anger, depressions, hair loss, chronic and obstinate skin conditions.

Precautions- High kapha disorders and low appetite. In large doses may cause headaches and may aggravate itching.
Preparation- hot or cold infusion, decoction, milk decoction, powder, Bramhi ghee, Bramhi oil.
